Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 weeks. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur on account of the carrier after an order has left our warehouse.
Orders will ship out of our warehouse in Reading, UK or Minneapolis, MN USA.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of confirmation.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
KilnShelf.uk is structured for UK to UK orders only. Orders placed on KilnShelf.uk will be shipped to the shipping address provided by the customer at checkout. Pricing at checkout is the final cost and is all inclusive of VAT and duty. KilnShelf.uk is not responsible for any subsequent fees, taxes or tariffs imposed as a result of importing or exporting products after the transaction is complete.
Additional Shipping and Handling Fees
A packing charge of £20 per order will be added to every order.
Shipping fees may need to be adjusted before we can process your order. If the shipping needs to be adjusted to more than 15% of your total order we will contact you.
